The Investment Trust of India announced the appointment of Satish Bhanushali as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer and Subbiah Manickam as Chief Financial Officer of the company, with effect from April 1, 2022.
Satish Bhanushali is an Associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and is also commerce and law graduate. He possesses over 7 years of experience in the field of corporate laws, Corporate Governance and due diligence, Capital Structuring/ Restructuring, mergers and acquisitions and takeover with rich understanding of working process and business of the organisations, the statement said.
Subbiah Manickam holds a Bachelor’s degree in the commerce from Madras University. With over 25 years of multi functional experience in the area of finance, compliance, merger and amalgamation and with a rich understanding of working process and business in NBFC. He is associated with The ITI Group since past 16 years, the company said.
