Thomson Reuters elevates Ravi Rangaraju to Director – Regional HR, India

Thomson Reuters has promoted Ravi Rangaraju to Director – Regional HR, India, according to ETHRWorld report.

Prior to this promotion, Rangaraju was Senior Human Resources Manager and HRBP Leader for Technology at the company. He has been working at Thomson Reuters for more than 16 years. He joined the organisation in 2007 as HR Business Partner – India Group Functions.

Rangaraju has over 17 years of experience in different facets of HR such as role & compensation bench-marking, employee rebadging, managing redundancy, optimising social media to enhance HR experience, change management, organisation design, knowledge management, mediation & advocacy, enabling technology in HR performance management, HR policies & compliance, talent management & succession planning, data analytics & reporting and case management.

Rangaraju holds a PGDBM in Human Resource Management from Wigan & Leigh College, UK, and a BE in Electronics & Communication from RV College of Engineering.
