Tiger Logistics India appoints Madhusudan Jhunjhunwala as CFO

Tiger Logistics (India) Limited announced the appointment of Madhusudan Jhunjhunwala as Chief Financial Officer of the company, with effect from April 24, 2024. He succeeds Benu Malhotra, who has resigned from the position of CFO, with effect from 24th April, 2024.

According to the company’s exchange filing, “We wish to inform you that Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e., 24th April 2024, have approved the appointment of Mr. Madhusudan Jhunjhunwala, as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company with effect from 24th April, 2024.”

Jhunjhunwala is a highly experienced finance professional, holding a B.Com (Hons) degree from Calcutta University and degree of Chartered Accountant. He has been associated with the company for the last 7 years as AGM-Accounts & Finance. With overall 25 years of extensive experience in the field of finance and accounts, he specializes in Direct and Indirect taxation and financial planning. His strategic expertise ensures effective resource allocation and risk management, driving sustainable growth. Throughout his career, he’s been known for his integrity, analytical skills, and dedication to excellence, as per the statement.
