Rediffusion Y&R has appointed Sam Ahmed as Vice Chairman and Chief Creative Officer. Sam would be based in Mumbai. In his earlier stint, Sam has been with Y & R , Dubai for last 14 years. Over his career Sam has won a number of international awards including Cannes Lions. Ahmed, is regarded as one of the top creative talents.
It is also reported * that D Rajappa, President, Rediffusion-Y&R, has has quit. Rajappa is an industry veteran and has been in advertising for about 25 years. He has spent about 17 years in Rediffusion. Earlier on he has worked with with McCann Erickson, Interact Vision.
