Real estate and design company, Total Environment Building Systems, has appointed Alok Mehta as Group Chief Human Resources Officer and President.

Prior to joining Total Environment Building Systems, Mehta worked at Hexagon AB as Executive Director – Global HR Projects. Previously, he worked as Executive Vice President – Global Human Resources at Intas Pharmaceuticals; Chief People Officer at India Value Fund Advisors (IVFA); Director – Human Resources and Member, India Board at Metro Cash & Carry; Vice President – Human Resources at AstraZeneca Pharma India; Director and Head – Human Resources at Deutsche Bank Operations International; and Head – Human Resources at Motorola India – Global Software Group.
Mehta holds a Master’s in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from Tata Institute of Social SciencesTata Institute of Social Sciences and a Bachelor’s in Economics from St Xavier’s College, Mumbai.
