Union Bank of India Limited, a leading PSU lender, announced the resignation of Rajnish Khare as Chief Digital Officer (CDO) of the company.
According to the Bank’s exchange filing, “In terms of Regulation 30 and 51 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that Shri Rajnish Khare, Chief Digital Officer (on contract basis) of the Bank has resigned from the services of the Bank.”
“Further to this, we wish to inform that Shri Anil Kuril, Chief General Manager & Chief Technology Officer of the Bank has been given additional responsibility of Head, Digitization Department of the Bank,” as per the company’s exchange filing.
