A55742, has been appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company in terms of provisions of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rule made thereunder and Regulation 6 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements)’Regulations,2015 with effect from August 14, 202I.”
Vedashri Chaudhari is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India having a B.Com degree. She succeeded Manoj C. Patade, who resigned from the role, effective from August 14, 2021.
