Venky’s India Limited has appointed Brig. Ashutosh Nargolkar (Retd.) as an Independent Director, effective immediately.
According to the Company’s exchange filing, “This is to inform that the Company in its Board meeting held on 9th September, 2021 has appointed Brig. Ashutosh Nargolkar (Retd.) as Additional Director of the Company with immediate effect. He will act as an Independent Director on the Board of the Company.”
Brig. Ashutosh Nargolkar (Retd.) is a retired army officer and holds M.Sc. degree in Defence and Strategic Studies and has also done diploma in Hospital Management. He has expertise and vast experience in macro and micro management of logistics, operations and manpower.
His appointment as Director in Venky’s (India) Limited will help the company to avail the benefit of his overall experience and professional expertise, the statement said.
