Viaan Industries Limited, an entertainment company founded by entrepreneur Raj Kundra and his celebrity wife Shilpa Shetty Kundra, announced that it has appointed Shaiju Nair as Managing Director of the company, effective 27th August, 2021. The company has also appointed Ganpati Chaudhary as an Additional Director.
According to the company’s exchange filing, “the Board via Board meeting held on 27th August, 2021 has approved the appointment of Mr. Shaiju Nair (Subject to allotment of Director Identification Number) as the Managing Director and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company with effect from 27th August, 2021, subject to Shareholder’s approval.”
Shaiju Nair is a professional with over 14 years of extensive experience with Management & Client Servicing. He possesses excellent interpersonal, communication & organizational skills with proven abilities leading teams to process and manage large volumes without compromising service levels, the statement said.
Ganpati Chaudhary is graduate professional in Commerce stream having more than 6 years of experience in finance background. He has experience in financial accounting, audit, reviewing tax returns, the company said.
