Vijayan Pankajakshan named as next President of NHRDN, Mumbai Chapter

The National HRD Network has named Vijayan Pankajakshan as next President of NHRDN – Mumbai Chapter, for a term of two years.

Vijayan has previously worked with Marico for eight years. Prior to that, He has worked with Mahindra Retail as VP – HR, CHEP India as Director – HR, Mahindra & Mahindra – Infrastructure Development Sector as Head – HR, IFFCO as GM – HR, AC Nielsen as Regional HR Manager, Hindustan Ciba Geigy as Assistant Manager – Personnel and Unilever Best Foods as Vice President – HR.

Vijayan Pankajakshan said in a post, “Sincerely seeking support, encouragement, ideas and blessings from each one of you, as I take the first few steps, in the shadow of tall leaders, who have preceded me. Once I settle in with my Team, we hope to bring to our membership and for potential members, valuable and meaningful initiatives, to serve the profession and the professionals and the organisations that they serve.”

The National HRD Network is an association of professionals committed to promoting the HRD movement in the country and enhancing the capability of human resource professionals. NHRDN functions through its chapters all over the country. Currently, there are about 30 chapters, which together have over 8,000 members.
