Artson Engineering Limited (AEL) announced the appointment of Vinayak Pai, CEO & MD Designate at Tata Projects, as an Additional Director on the company’s Board, with effect from May 23, 2022.
According to company’s exchange filing, “we wish to inform, that based on the recommendations of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company appointed Mr. Vinayak Pai (Executive Director and MD Designate of Tata Projects Limited) as Additional Director, Non-Executive on the Board of the Company with immediate effect.”
Vinayak Pai holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the College of Engineering, Pune and Post-Graduation in Management from Symbiosis, Pune and IIT Mumbai.
He has been part of the Oil and Gas industry for over three decades and has extensive experience in executing upstream and downstream projects and successfully growing the business in a highly competitive environment. He has held key positions in Engineering Design, Technology Licensing, Project Management, Business Development and Operations, the statement said.
Artson Engineering Limited is an Engineering, Manufacturing and Construction (EMC) Contracting Company based in Hyderabad. Established in the year 1978 by individual promoters, 75% stake in the Company was taken over by Tata Projects Limited (TPL), in the year 2007-08 and since then AEL is a subsidiary of TPL.
