Vishal Verma has joined Alumnus Software as Head of Human Resources, effective from May 24, 2021, according to ETHRWorld report.
In this new role, Verma will be leading Strategic HR Function, HR Analytics, Organizational Development, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Training Development, Succession Planning , Competency Management and Campus Recruitment.
“I will try to make Human Resource services top of the class, apart from Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and make the Human Resource practice a source of strength for the employees,” Vishal Verma, Head – Human Resources, Alumnus Software, said.
Verma carries 17 years of experience working across various sectors. Before joining Alumnus, he had a stint with Techno Electric and Engineering Company as Senior Manager – HR.
Earlier, Verma was associated with Environ Solar as Senior Manager – HR, Jai Balaji Group as Senior Manager – HR (Functional Head), SRP Enviro Systems as HR Manager and Times Press as Assistant Manager.
Verma holds an MBA from Manonmaniam Sundaranar University and Bachelor’s from Jai Prakash Vishwavidyalaya.
