Bulk drug maker Wanbury Limited announced the appointment of Pravin Dilip Pawar as Non-Executive Independent Director on the company’s Board, with effect from November 18, 2023.
According to the company’s exchange filing, “we wish to inform you that based on the approval of the members of the Company in the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held today i.e. Saturday 18th November, 2023 have approved the appointment of Mr. Pravin Dilip Pawar (DIN: 10356479) as the Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company for a term of one year w.e.f. November 18, 2023 to November 17, 2024.”
Pravin Dilip Pawar holds a master’s degree in commerce. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant I from the ICAI.
