Electric two-wheeler maker WardWizard Innovations and Mobility Limited announced the resignation of Ravindran Ramchandran Nambiar as International President – Group Companies, with effect from November 18, 2023.
According to the company’s exchange filing, “Pursuant to the Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that the Company has received a resignation letter from Mr. Ravindran Ramchandran Nambiar tendered his resignation from the position of International President- Group Companies from Saturday, 18TH November, 2023 (i.e after closing of business hours) who was designated as Personnel of Senior Management by Board of Directors at its meeting held on 31st March, 2023 pursuant to SEBI Circular No. SEBI/LAD-NRO/GN/2023/117, dated 17th January, 2023 and Regulation 16(1)(d) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. (Attached Resignation Letter Annexure B).”
