Wayfair India announced the appointment of Mitalee Dabral as the Country HR Leader, according to ETHRWorld report.
Dabral will be based out of the company’s Technology Development Centre (TDC) in Bengaluru and will be reporting to Rohit Kaila, Head of Technology and Site Leader for Wayfair India, according to a statement.
Dabral comes with 20 years of HR experience across leading organisations and startups. Prior to joining Wayfair, Dabral was associated with ShareChat, where she created and led a high performing HR team along with effective people policies and initiatives, as per the statement.
Wayfair India has also announced the appointment of Maneesh Agrawal as the Head of Cloud Enablement and Reliability Engineering; Senthil Ganapathy as the Head of Martech Technology Engineering; Sanjeev Gupta as the Head of Global Supplier Technology; Shital Mehta as the Technology Architect for Storefront and Data Engineering; and B Prabhakar as the Head of Supply Chain Technology.
