Welspun Enterprises Ltd. on lookout for a Chief Financial Officer; Incumbent CFO retires today

Shriniwas Kargutkar, the Chief Financial Officer at Welspun Enterprises Ltd.,  since 2015, retires today. His retirement is on account of completion of superannuation as per the HR policy of the company. The announcement was made by the company in their statement to BSE. The Company is in the process of identifying suitable candidates for filling the vacancy. 

Welspun Enterprises Limited (WEL), is a part of the US$ 2.3 billion Welspun Group. The Company’s key activity is in the infrastructure business – roads and highways to water, oil and gas. The company holds equity investments in Welspun Natural Resources Private Limited (Oil and gas exploration).
