Mukund Cairae, the chief operating officer – international business, Zee Entertainment Enterprises (ZEEL), has moved on from the company after serving more than 16 years, according to ETBrandEquity report.

During his tenure at ZEEL, Cairae has worked in different portfolios. Before being the COO- international business, he was head – sports business, ZEEL India.
As COO, he managed the international linear broadcast business, sports business, worldwide film distribution, international adsales, program sales and film production. Local consumer businesses in Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, the Middle East, Africa, Russia and Latin America, were also managed by him.
Cairae had joined ZEEL in July 2004 as vice president – distribution for the Asia Pacific.
Prior to ZEEL, Cairae had served companies like Videocon Consumer Durables, Kotak Life, Amadeus India Pvt Ltd., and Lara Agro Pvt Ltd. He holds an MBA in Marketing from University of Pune.
