Zolostays announces appointment of Chanchal Gupta as CHRO

Zolostays, a co-living company, announced the appointment of Chanchal Gupta as its Chief Human Resources Officer. Gupta holds a vast experience of leading the human resources teams at Amazon, Accenture Services and Citibank Global Services.

Chanchal Gupta will see the strategic direction of people management, employee engagement, retention, training and development, talent acquisition, organizational effectiveness, diversity and inclusion as well as succession planning for the company.

According to a media report, Chanchal Gupta commented on the appointment: “As the largest co-living brand, we will ensure the continuity remains and at the same time work towards creating a well-structured plan to develop and implement a global HR strategy that will cultivate leadership, talent, uniqueness and support the company’s goal of staying an employer of choice.”

Zolostays has 45,000 live beds and locked-in 2,00,000 beds for the near future. Its target customers are students and early professionals.
