Dips and sauces maker Wingreens Farms Acquires Raw Pressery

A fully integrated (farm to retail) food company, Wingreens Farms has acquired Raw Pressery, a cash-strapped cold-pressed juices startup.

The startup was valued at Rs 100 crore, “marking a significant consolidation in the consumer brands sector”, as per a senior company official.

“The existing investors in Raw Pressery have got a share swap and are now on Wingreens cap table. The Founder (of Raw Pressery) was paid cash (for his shares) and has fully exited.” – informed co-founder and managing director at Wingreens Farms, Arjun Srivastava.

Founded in 2008, Wingreens deals in fresh food products that ranges from snack foods to dips and sauces.

Wingreens Farms aims to become the perfect model organization that combines the concept of social good and environment sustainability with building a brand that resonates with the consumer.
