Iyuno Media group acquires SDI Media

Iyuno Media Group, a market leader in location services for the media and entertainment industry, announced that it has entered into an agreement with Imagica Group Inc. to acquire 100% of SDI Media. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

This transaction, which is subject to the review and approval of relevant authorities, brings together two companies with a common mission to support, innovate and lead the art of global storytelling, the statement said.
