Coal India Limited has released a notification to hire 1326 graduates for the role of management trainees across different disciplines. Applications are invited through online mode only. Candidates can apply for CIL management trainee from 10am onwards on December 21,2019. The window for applying will be opened up till 11 am on January 19,2020.
Candidates should have a graduation degree with at least 60 percent in relevant branches of engineering. Candidates belonging to SC, ST and PwD categories are given 5 percent relaxation ie 55%. The branches included in the list are: mining, electrical, mechanical, civil, coal preparation, systems, materials management, accounts and finance, personnel and HR, marketing and sales, and community development.
The application fees for General/OBC/ and EWS category will be Rs 1000, whereas candidates belonging to SC/ST/PwC and Coal India Employees are exempted from application fees. General candidates up to 30 years of age can apply for these posts. Candidates belonging to other categories will be given relaxation as per the rules. However, maximum age of the candidate as on 01-04-2020 shall not exceed 56 years.
The recruitment will be done in two steps- Computer Based Online Test and Personal Interview. The tentative dates for computer based online tests are February 27 and 28.
