Hexaware, a global business process and technology services company, was named to Forbes’ Best Employers in Mexico 2022 list. The award is given by Forbes and Statista Inc., the world’s leading provider of business rankings and statistics portal. The award list was announced on October 18, 2022 and can currently be viewed on the Forbes website.
Forbes and Statista selected Mexico’s Best Employers in 2022 through an independent survey of a large sample of approximately 10,000 full-time and part-time Mexican employees. 400 employers were awarded. The evaluation was based on direct and indirect recommendations from employees who were asked to rate their willingness to recommend their own employers to friends and family. Employee reviews also included other employers in their respective industries that were singled out positively or negatively.
In addition, employees were asked questions on work-related topics such as working conditions, salary, development potential, and company image with respect to their current employer, according to the statement.
Based on the results of the study, at Hexaware they are very happy to be recognized on the Forbes list of the Best Employers in Mexico 2022, a statement said.
