Adroit Infotech Ltd acquires Verso Altima India Pvt Ltd

Software company Adroit Infotech Limited announced the acquisition of Verso Altima India Private Limited, a specialist Telco BSS-OSS Systems Integrator with operations in multiple countries including Canada, APAC, and Africa, with around 100 employees globally.

“This step will enable Adroit Infotech to move closer to its strategic objective to build sustainable organization that remains relevant to the agenda of its clients,” the statement said.

“Adroit’s Acquisition of Verso Altima India Pvt Ltd. will help us to leverage our position in the Medium and large Industries segment, and increase our services across US, Canada, Europe, APAC and Middle East” Sudhakiran Reddy, MD, Adroit Infotech Ltd stated.

“Verso Altima India Pvt Ltd with extensive knowledge and over two decades of experience in end- to-end telecom, there Business Process Operations are highly valued by the clients. They integrate Cloud applications and support activities like service assurance, service fulfillment, fault monitoring, provisioning, asset management, and billing support for the clients. The applications are also capable to seamlessly integrate client’s customer-facing activities such as CRM, call center management etc,” the statement said.

“Our strategic objective is to build a sustainable organization that remains relevant to the agenda of our clients, while generating profitable growth for our investors. We will deploy our capital in making selective business acquisitions that augment our expertise, complement our presence in certain market segments and accelerate the execution of our strategies,” Sudhakiran Reddy, MD, Adroit Infotech stated.
