AMG Media Networks Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Adani Enterprises Limited, announced the acquisition of 100 per cent equity stake in Vishvapradhan Commercial Private Limited (VCPL).
According to the company’s exchange filing, “We hereby inform you that AMNL, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, has acquired 100% equity stake in VCPL, in accordance with the terms contemplated under the purchase agreement dated 23rd August, 2022 executed between AMNL, Nextwave Televentures Private Limited (“NTPL”), Eminent Networks Private Limited (“ENPL”, collectively with NTPL as “Sellers”) and VCPL.”
Earlier this year, Adani Group had also announced acquisition of minority stake in Quintillion Business Media (QBM), an indirect subsidiary of Quint Digital.
