A full-stack solutions provider for MSMEs – Instamojo has made its first ever acquihire of Showman, a Bangalore-based regional content platform.
As pursuant to the acquihire, the founding team of Showman will join Instamojo. Co-founder and CEO – Kshitij Bhatawdekar will be onboarded as product manager, and co-founder and COO – Rutveez Roopam Rout as user research manager.
Co-founder and COO of Instamojo – Akash Gehani, said to ET, “The acquihire of Showman is a first for Instamojo and comes at a time when we as a company are evolving to move to the next level.
