Songtradr acquires Tunefind film

Songtradr, the world’s largest B2B music licensing market, announced that it has acquired music technology and data company Tunefind. Tunefind is the world’s largest database and online information resource for music in television, films, and video games.

Together with an active community of millions of users per month, Tunefind works with over 250 of the world’s leading music supervisors to obtain song data directly from the experts responsible for selecting the music in TV shows, films and video games. Tunefind’s interviews with music supervisors shed light on this craft and highlight the important role music plays in storytelling.

Tunefind is the second music data company to acquire Songtradr after acquiring Jaxsta Limited in September 2020 . Songtradr and Jaxsta recently completed their first integration. It gives Jaxsta users seamless access to related rights claims through jaxsta.com, the world’s largest database of music credits.
