AI startup Argoid bags $1.7 million in seed funding

AI startup Argoid has raised $1.7 million in seed funding led by an early-stage fund – YourNext Capital. The funding round also saw participation from Turbostart and Team Launchpad.vc along with Catch NYC.

The funds raised by the startup will be used to boost its technology and improve customer base and results.

“Argoid’s mission is to enable its customers to achieve the highest possible conversion and retention rates by empowering them to deliver hyper-personalised consumer experiences at scale and in real-time. We are pleased to have found value-added partner-investors in YourNest Venture Capital, TeamLaunchpad.vc, and Turbostart, who share our vision,” said Argoid CEO Muralidharan, in a statement.

Argoid offers an AI-Powered “Autonomous Consumer Insights Platform” that, it claims, enables Streaming Media and Digital Commerce Enterprises to achieve business KPIs in product/media recommendation and product/media search in real-time at a scale similar to industry leaders without spending years of efforts or $10s of millions.

“In the current connected world, where customer profile and usage data are easily accessible, mass personalization of content and relevant delivery channels is de rigueur for enhanced customer experience. Argoid’s AI-driven, real-time insights give an ‘unfair’ advantage in a cluttered and fragmented marketplace,” said Executive Director at YourNest Venture Capital – Girish Shivani.
