Appnomic raises $22 mn from Avataar Ventures

Appnomic, a B2B SaaS startup that provides self-healing IT software, has raised $22 million in funding led by Avataar Ventures. The startup was founded by Jobs. D Padmanabhan in 2006. Recently, the company appointed Nitin Kumar as CEO and made additional appointments of Cuneyt Buyukbezci as CMO and Girish Muckai as CRO.

Earlier, it had raised $15.6 million.

The company will utilize these funds to expand its global presence and market reach.

In a media statement, Nitin said, “Businesses are looking for providing better customer experiences, less downtime, and cost savings. Organizations integrating self-healing systems have a competitive advantage over those that do not. Appnomic has multiple patents in the self-healing domain and continues to innovate in this arena. The new team and I have great plans to scale this business in 2020.”

The company said, D. Padmanabhan, the former CEO and founder, will be still active in an operating role as the Chairman.
