FlytBase closes its seed funding round

FlytBase, a drone software solution which is compatible with all major drones, closed its seed round of venture financing led by a US-based, early-stage seed fund, and brings not only venture capital, but also a wealth of professional experience and world-class B2B networks to the table. The company was founded by Nitin Gupta in 2017.

The startup will utilize these funds in strengthening their technology and business expansion.

In a media statement, Nitin Gupta, CEO, FlytBase, said, “We have been fortunate to have support from leading incubators and angel investors since our inception. With the most recent round, we now can rapidly build upon our unique competitive position in the global drone ecosystem.”

FlytBase enables the remote drone operators to manage and control a fleet of drones and docking stations in real-time from a distance through the cloud over 4G/LTE/5G. As per the company website, it has 5,600+ users on FlytBase platform, over 75 Countries served and 100+ solutions delivered.
