Klassroom Edutech secures $200K in pre-Series A round

Mumbai-based edtech startup Klassroom Edutech has secured $200,000 in its pre-Series A funding round. Led by ah! Ventures, the pre-Series A round saw participation from angel networks like Meteor Ventures, Startup Angels Network and Growth Sense.

“This funding from ah! Ventures and other reputable networks will help us grow our existing offerings, enhance innovation in technology, and scale up to our goal of growing 10X by 2023,” informed Dhumil Javeri, Co-founder of Klassroom.

Parth Vanjara, Venture Partner at ah! Ventures, added, “Klassroom is uniquely positioned in solving problems faced by students in rural and urban India through its hybrid platform. We are impressed by team Klassroom and what they have achieved in such a short span of time.”

Established in 2016 in Mumbai, Klassroom claims that it is catering over 10,000 students of VIII to X (State/ICSE/CBSE), XI+XII Science + JEE/NEET/CET and XI+XII Commerce + CA- CPT in 160 centers across Mumbai and Delhi.
