The compliance practice will offer end to end solution including compliance audit and management services through a technology-based platform. This practice will add great value to the firm’s capability not only in providing assistance to its clients in compliances but also in transaction support services to all verticals of the firm.
This merger will also strengthen the regional practice in Chennai for Legal with Corporate/Commercial partners, the company said in its press release.
