MedikaBazaar Bags $15 Mn funding

MedikaBazaar, a B2B online platform for medical supplies and equipment, has raised $15 Mn in a funding round led by HealthQuad, Ackermans & van Haaren, Rebright Partners and Toppan Printing company. The company was founded by Vivek Tiwari and Ketan Malkan in 2015.

In 2017, the startup has raised $1 Mn in Pre-Series A from Rebright Partners II Investment Partnership, Sunil Kalra and Arun Venkatachalam, along with some angel investor from Japan.

It is understood that the company will use these funds to enhance their technological abilities, supply chain infrastructure and expanding their team. 

MedikaBazaar provides their customers with a digital platform for medical product discovery and online purchase of medical supplies beyond geographical boundaries. They ensure that their customers get the last mile delivery of anything under the gamut of medical equipment and consumables across 16000+ pin-codes in India. They have more than 100,000+ products listed.
