Mérieux NutriSciences, a US-based company that delivers a wide range of testing and consulting services to the food & nutrition, agrochemicals, pharma and cosmetics industries, announced the acquisition of Chestnut Labs, a value-added food safety solutions provider, from Dairy Farmers of America.
The company said that the acquisition will diversify the service offering and expand Mérieux NutriSciences footprint in the US.
