Precisely furthers investment in India to support data integrity innovation and growth

Precisely, the global leader in data integrity, announced continued expansion in India to strengthen innovation and deliver customer success. Precisely recognizes the importance of investing in India as a center of excellence for the research and development (R&D), engineering, and customer support functions.

Precisely is opening an office in Noida – a city that has emerged as an important technology hub in recent years. The office is in addition to the existing locations in Gurugram, Chandigarh, Pune, and Bengaluru. Josh Rogers, CEO at Precisely, will inaugurate the new office on October 13 and meet with customers across the region, a statement said.

“It’s an exciting time to be at Precisely,” said Manjeri Dharmarajan, VP and Site Strategy Leader, India. “With the launch of the Precisely Data Integrity Suite, we have greatly expanded and invested in the success of our team and our network of sales channel partners. Precisely depends on our India based teams to lead many of our strategic innovations in Cloud and AI/ML. Our local R&D, services and support teams are a key differentiator for the success of our clients in the region.”

The Precisely India team has been praised for its innovative, inclusive, and career-oriented work culture, having recently been recognized as one of India’s Great Mid-size Workplaces by Great Place to Work. There has been significant investment made in attracting new and diverse talent, with a successful university outreach and campus hiring program, as well as dedicated initiatives focused on attracting and developing high performing women at the business, according to the statement.

“The WeLead program is for female employees who have been identified as future leaders. They receive bespoke training and mentorship opportunities to prepare for larger roles in the business,” said Monika Narula, Senior Director of Human Resources – India at Precisely. “Since the start of the program, several participants have already been promoted into leadership positions. Our recent campus hiring program also resulted in 67% of female hires, well above average for the industry.”
