Digital entertainment and tech company JetSynthesys has announced three senior-level appointments as part of its broader push to scale operations across gaming, entertainment, and sports.
Roshan Kumar has joined the company as Group Chief Financial Officer. A finance veteran with stints at Piramal and Maersk, Kumar will be responsible for JetSynthesys’ capital strategy and financial planning. “My focus will be on driving sustainable growth and strengthening financial discipline,” he said.
In the sports vertical, the company has brought on board Jogesh Lulla as Senior Vice President – Sports. Lulla will focus on expanding JetSynthesys’ presence in the sports and sports tech segment, including its efforts under GEPL. “JetSynthesys is uniquely placed to innovate in this space,” he said.
Meanwhile, Nupur Srivastava has been appointed Head of Growth. With previous roles at Sony Pictures Networks India and Viacom18, she brings experience in scaling consumer-tech brands. Srivastava will oversee brand and business growth initiatives across the company’s B2B and B2C portfolio.
