ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions has announced a partnership with Carv, a generative AI recruitment platform, as part of its broader effort to integrate AI across its global hiring operations.
The collaboration aims to enhance recruiter productivity and candidate engagement by embedding generative AI tools into the hiring process. Carv’s AI platform will support recruiters with real-time sourcing assistance, automated communication, and task management—helping teams focus more on strategic hiring activities.
