We may be seeing an interesting development in case of Max India – with HR & Branding verticals being brought together under one leader. There are unconfirmed reports of ex Future Group senior executive – Vibha Paul Rishi taking over the brand and hr capital vertical at Max India. The position would have its reporting to Max India MD – Mr. Rahul Khosla. She is expected to take over as Executive Director – Brand & Human Capital.
As of now, P Dwarkanath is heading the HR function for Max India as the Director – Human Capital. He has been with Max India for about 5 years now with an earlier stint of about 27 years with GlaxoSmithKline.
Rishi is a product of the prestigious Tata Administrative Service (TAS), prior to which she got her MBA from FMS Delhi. She has worked with PepsiCo for 17 years & was heading PepsiCo’s marketing in India before she relocated to New York in 2003. Subsequently she had been associated with Pratham, a non-governmental organisation that works to provide education to underprivileged children in India. In 2010 she joined Future Group as its executive director for customer strategy.
