Ms. Namrata Ashok Chotrani holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the H. R. College of Commerce & Economics, Mumbai University, and a master’s degree in business administration from INSEAD. She was associated with Fairwinds Asset Managers Limited since 2012 and has total experience of 11 years in the field of Tax, Private Equity and Mergers. Prior to joining Fairwinds Asset Managers Limited, she was associated with KPMG. Ms. Chotrani was actively associated with the operational activities of the Company during her association with the Company as Non-voting observer from September 20, 2013 till March 09, 2016 and nominee Director, from March 10, 2016 till November 21, 2017, representing Reliance Alternative Investments Fund – Private Equity Scheme I. She held the position of Non – Executive, Non – Independent Director of the Company from December 14, 2017 till September 11,2019.
