Manisha Natarajan joins India Sotheby’s International Realty

India Sotheby’s International Realty (India SIR) has appointed Manisha Natarajan as Senior Advisor, Brand Communication & Editorial.

Manisha’s role at India Sotheby’s International Realty will be to strengthen the brand outreach through a content-led communication strategy while creating and leading knowledge-led media partnerships. She will also be supporting brand awareness for Sotheby’s International Realty’s ‘Keystone’ program, in India. Manisha has experience in building brands through digital and content led communication strategy.

Known for her flagship prime time shows – Urban RealityThe Property Show and Let’s Talk Money, Manisha brings 20 plus years of experience as an anchor, editor and columnist with notable media houses like NDTV, CNBC TV18 and the Indian Express. Her most recent experience with Brookfield Properties, as head of Brand and Communications provided her with an insider’s perspective on India’s real estate sector.

The brand established its presence in India by setting up its first office in New Delhi in July 2014. It now has offices in Mumbai, Kolkata, Colombo, and the mandate for the Maldives. The team in India comprises of senior private bankers and experts from real estate, hospitality and luxury goods industries who have lived and worked in various parts of India and abroad.

The SIR network is present in 72 countries and territories with 1000 offices and 23,000 sales associates and has achieved a record real estate global sales volume of $114 Billion in the year 2019.
