Tata Communications’ GlobalRapide platform will enable Indian businesses and multinationals operating in the country to make and receive carrier-grade PSTN voice calls on any Teams device, anywhere in the world, using the Operator Connect platform.

With an extensive reach spanning over 190 countries through established partnerships with over 700 mobile network operators, Tata Communications is uniquely positioned to offer this regulatory-compliant cloud calling and audio conferencing capability. .

GlobalRapide provides enhanced anti-fraud capability and strict compliance with local regulations, enabling businesses to securely interact and collaborate across their entire value chain worldwide.

The platform provides an end-to-end managed services layer, enabling deployment, integration and management of Teams, endpoints and session border controllers (SBCs) with ease of use, security and regulatory compliance optimized, all on a single platform. This will streamline the management of the Teams platform, giving businesses complete control and visibility, without additional hardware costs.
