Neyveli Lignite Corporation
Mr. B Surender Mohan has been appointed as the new Chairman and Managing Director of Neyveli Lignite Corporation ( NLC). Prior to taking over, he was serving as the Mines Director.
ISRO Satellite Centre (ISAC)
Mr. S K Shivakumar, has been appointed as the Director for ISRO Satellite Centre (ISAC), Bangalore. He takes charge from Dr T K Alex, the outgoing Director. Mr. Shivakumar began his carrier in ISRO by joining ISRO Telemetry, Tracking and Command Network (ISTRAC) in 1976.
Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS)
Mr. Anup Sankar Bhattacharya has been appointed as the Director for Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS). IBPS conducts common admission tests for bank recruitment. Mr. Bhattacharya will replace Mr. M Balachandran.
Electronics Corporation of India Ltd (ECIL):
Mr P. Sudhakar has been appointed as Director (Technical) for ECIL . He has previously been holding the post of Executive Director – Defense Systems Group at ECIL. ECIL was setup under the Department of Atomic Energy on 11th April, 1967 with a view to generate a strong indigenous capability in the field of professional grade electronics.
Nuclear Power Corporation of India Ltd (NPCIL).
Mr Kailash Chandra Purohit has taken over as Chairman and Managing Director of the Nuclear Power Corporation of India Ltd (NPCIL). Mr Purohit is a distinguished scientist of the Department of Atomic Energy (DAE) and held several key positions in NPCIL prior to appointment as CMD.
