Futuristic Solutions Limited announced the appointment of Tanuj Krishna Sahgal as Chief Financial Officer of the company, effective February 11, 2022.
According to the company’s exchange filing, “we would like to inform you that, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 11, 2022 have approved the appointment of Tanuj Krishna Sahgal as Chief Financial Officer of the Company effective from February 11, 2022.”
Tanuj Krishna Sahgal is a commerce graduate and has 35 years of experience in several areas including Long term Strategy, Accounting & Financial Reporting, Internal Control etc.
He has been part of several ventures from the planning to the execution stage and has been an effective Financial Controller, the statement said.
Futuristic Solutions Limited was originally incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 on 21st September 1983 under the name of Moral Leasing Pvt. Ltd. Subsequently it changed its status from Private Limited Company to Public Limited Company and obtained a fresh Certificate of Incorporation on 23rd day of September 1983. The company came out with its Public Issue in the year 1984 and got listed at Delhi Stock Exchange.
In 2002, the name of the Company was changed from MORAL LEASING LTD. TO FUTURISTIC SOLUTIONS LIMITED. The company was originally incorporated in the year 1983 and started the business of leasing.
