The report and rankings are the result of a comprehensive online company review and employee satisfaction survey that employees voluntarily and anonymously completed, which included the question:“Do you believe your company’s business outlook will get better, stay the same or get worse in the next six month?” TCS received an overall score of over three and a quarter stars (3.3) out of five and received high marks in the categories of Culture & Values, Career Opportunities and Work/Life Balance among others.
