Tech Mahindra has joined J.P. Morgan’s Payments System Integrator Program, aiming to support global enterprises in upgrading their payment infrastructure and adopting advanced, real-time financial solutions.

As part of the collaboration, Tech Mahindra will apply its expertise in ERP implementations, data reconciliation, and enterprise transformation to help businesses modernize their payments systems. The partnership will also leverage capabilities such as SAP’s generative AI and process automation tools to enhance reporting, dashboard functionality, and operational efficiency.

“Enterprises are increasingly looking to modernize complex payment infrastructures that can deliver on specific client needs,” said Roshan Shetty, Head of BFSI & Public Sector – Americas at Tech Mahindra.

J.P. Morgan Payments, which processes over $10 trillion in transactions daily across 160+ countries, launched the program to combine its payment technologies with professional services from global partners. The initiative supports clients with integrated treasury, trade, and card solutions.
