Field service software provider WorkWave has appointed Arjun Ramchandran as its new Chief Customer Officer (CCO). In this role, he will oversee customer operations and drive initiatives aimed at improving customer experience and retention.

Ramchandran brings more than two decades of experience in enterprise customer success and digital transformation. He previously held leadership roles at organizations such as Oracle and Capgemini, focusing on scaling customer-facing functions and post-sales engagement.

As CCO, Ramchandran will lead efforts to align WorkWave’s services and support with evolving customer needs, particularly as the company expands its presence in the field service and logistics tech markets.
