Yellow.ai has announced that its enterprise-grade AI agents for customer (CX) and employee experience (EX) are now available through the newly launched AI Agents and Tools category on the AWS Marketplace.

The offering allows enterprises to deploy Yellow.ai’s dynamic AI agents for functions such as customer support, HR, and IT helpdesk, directly through AWS’s marketplace platform. These agents are designed to automate complex workflows and provide multi-turn conversations in over 135 languages across 35+ channels.

Raghu Ravinutala, CEO and Co-founder of Yellow.ai, said the move is intended to streamline deployment for AWS users seeking scalable automation tools. “By launching on AWS Marketplace, we’re meeting customers where they already are,” he noted in the release.

Yellow.ai’s platform uses a combination of generative AI and proprietary large language models to support voice and chat-based interactions. The company claims its AI agents can automate up to 90% of user queries, helping organizations reduce costs while improving responsiveness.

The availability on AWS Marketplace is expected to make it easier for organizations to access and scale conversational AI capabilities within their existing cloud environments.
