K Raheja Corp has launched a new managerial capability development initiative, ‘I-Lead’, aimed at strengthening the people leadership skills of its early-career managers. The program will be rolled out across its various group companies including Mindspace Business Parks REIT, Chalet Hotels, Inorbit Mall, and K Raheja Corp Homes.

Designed for professionals in Manager to Assistant General Manager roles, ‘I-Lead’ focuses on core leadership behaviours such as team accountability, trust-building, goal-setting, delegation, and managing feedback conversations. The first cohort, comprising more than 100 managers, has already completed the initial phase of the programme.

According to the company, the training initiative combines classroom learning with real-world application, reflection sessions, and post-programme interventions like feedback loops and assessments to encourage behavioural shifts.

Commenting on the programme, Urvi Aradhya, Chief Human Resources Officer at K Raheja Corp, noted, “Managers form the operational backbone of our businesses. They directly influence how teams align, collaborate, and deliver. With ‘I-Lead’, we are investing in helping our managers build the right mindset and skills to lead teams with greater clarity, empathy and executional strength.”

‘I-Lead’ is the latest addition to a growing suite of talent initiatives at the company, which already includes programmes such as ‘Anchal’ for maternity support, ‘Pride Side’ for LGBTQ+ inclusion, ‘Relaunch’ for career returnees, and ‘Sheroes’ for advancing women in leadership.

With this initiative, K Raheja Corp appears to be placing greater emphasis on developing managerial talent from within, as it continues to scale its presence across diverse sectors.
