Vedantu to onboard 2,500 staff to push growth

Vedantu, a Bengaluru-based LIVE online learning platform that enables personalized learning, is planning to hire 2,500 employees within three months to further growth.

The hiring will be for various roles in technology, product, business and academics. As per the company, “the new hires will be at entry and mid-level from India’s premium B-schools and engineering institutes.”

Vamsi Krishna, co-founder and chief executive officer at Vedantu, said, “With the boom in online learning adoption, we aim to hire highly driven and inspired individuals who can become part of the Vedantu mission. We are further expanding our presence in tier-II and tier-III markets, and with a strong team we aim to impact many more lives and grow from strength to strength.”

Vedantu is an online tutoring company which enables students to learn LIVE. It has some 500+ teachers who, the company claims to, have taught more than 1 Million hours to 40,000+ students spread across 1000+ cities from 30+ countries.
