Edtech firm LEAD names Nirav Jagad as CHRO

EdTech firm – LEAD has appointed Nirav Jagad as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). LEAD School has partnered with 1,000+ schools with an estimated 4 lakh+ students in more than 400 cities, including tier 2 to tier 4 cities, in 20 States.

Prior to this, Nirav Jagad was the Chief People Officer at Nykaa.com and Group Head Talent Development and Organisation Transformation at IL&FS. He was also the Senior Consultant at Cerebrus Consultants. He has done MBA in Human Resource from Welingkar Institute of Management.
