Consumer goods giant Procter & Gamble has announced a planned leadership succession. Current Chief Operating Officer, Shailesh Jejurikar, will become the company’s next President and CEO, effective January 1, 2026, while current CEO Jon Moeller will transition to the role of Executive Chairman.
